The ladies were nice and it's a nice place but I got a piercing on my nose and it was way too far back and high up and it looks retarded af but other than that I suppose it's a good place

Carlos the gentleman that did it he hooked me up big time exactly what I wanted for sure ill be back again if there was a rating of 1000 stars ill give it to them thats how satisfied I am with my tattoo may God Bless your Carlos in all your work.

My sister and best friend walked into Charlie's and decided to get pierced after the fantastic customer service we received. Danielle pierced my navel, she was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Great place to go affordable and friendly! Family oriented and extremely welcoming. I'll definitely go back if I ever want anymore piercings or tattoos.

I've always been petrified of neddles and blood so my best friend took me to get my navel pierced for my birthday! I've never been pierced before and am glad I came here to get it done. Danielle was awesome!! She made sure we got all our questions answered and ahe made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Everyone at the location was very professional, the location was clean, and the price was great. I especially loved that it was a quick and simple process! I highly recommend this place!!

Horrible experience. Santa Ana my home. Went to get my noise piercing. First of all the piercer was acting ask moody nd treated me cold way as if i want human nd just steal. But anyway she pierced my nosed i left the store on my way home i noticed the piecing was sticking out so i returned nd she popped it back in i found it odd that she didn't clean it our anything but whatever i let it go. Then go home it pops out at night so there was my end. Never again go back i expected more. It was such a disappointment i really wanted to get my next tattoo there but with the customer service i got. Never again

This is the best tattoo place you can get you're tattoos at. The tattoo artist are down.to earth and are obviously good at what they do. Come here you won't regret it. By the way thanks for my tattoo i love it!:)
