Excellent customer service from Eric, Paul, and Brandon at the front desk. Everyone who works there is courtesy, and work extremely hard to help you get the right car on time. They pick you up, and drop you off. Eric the manager is very helpful, and the best location in San Jose that I have used. Best group at a car rental service I have ever used in the whole US(Hawaii to NY). I use rental cars a lot, and they have the best customer service. Always a pleasure to do business with this outstanding group.

Goto place for renting cars, Paul(You would find him in office) is always so helpful, understanding, cooperative and flexible as per your needs.
