Long story short---you can read all this but -----don't use Silver Cab--call Yellow cab instead. When you are on your way to work or an appt----your time is important. We called 20 min ahead of time to Silver Cab because they are less than 2 miles from our home. Dispatcher said she only needed 15 min and someone would be there. 30 min later I called to see where cab was and she claimed I only called 10 min ago---I promptly informed her, cell phones log time called and it was 30 minutes ago. 2 more calls later and 15 more minutes and finally someone showed up. We had already called a second service after that last call and (yellow cab) showed up only 2 minutes after my husband left. It only took them 10 minutes. I appologized for not cancelling the yellow cab quick enough. We will never use silver cab again--but will use yellow cab instead. Yellow cab has been consistent twice. We only tried silver cab because they were so close to us. There is another site that shows out of 5 reviews---most are negative and even the good ones say it depends on what dispatcher you get. We don't want to take chances.
