      A group of 56 booked a bus to D.C., our contract stated the bus would depart at 2am. We convened in a parking lot at 1:30am to wait for the bus. By 2:30 and 3am there was no bus. We started calling and they kept telling us the bus would be there by 3, then by 3:30 then by 4am. We dispersed at 4:45am with no bus and the dispatcher stopped taking my calls. It was frigid 34 degrees that night and too cold for . Infinite waiting. A week has passed and they still have not sent our refund.

      Outstanding, is the service that I received from Coach Connection USA when trying to arrange a trip for my family from New York to North Carolina.
