No appointment or established barber, then you may as well go somewhere else. No respect for walk-ins. Sat for 2 hours without even being greeted. Finally left after they started arguing about nobody wanting to handle walk-ins. Be nice if they would have mentioned that when I first came in.

This place is the worst barber shop I've been to in my life. We didn't have an appointment It's been 2hrs and we are still waiting. There is no management handling the appointments or walking. Never ever again!!!!!

5star review because the give 5star haircuts,detail is always payed attention to in this barbershop.... Shout out to the guy on this review that took time to write a book about His experience and bash a bunch of good barbers. Apparently he hasn't been to a barbershop,barbershops don't have reception desks. Nice effort,nonetheless great barbershop if you don't want your haircut rushed.

Worst barber shop I've ever been to. Kept me waiting for almost two hours while there was three guys just sitting on their chairs on there phones , I will never go back there again a waste of money , I expected more.

A ghetto barber shop in the north west side. This barbershop should be somewhere in the south side! I had a horrible experience in this place. I walked in the place no one that was cutting hair greeted me or even made eye contact with me I found a clipboard on the wall that I assumed was a sign in sheet. I put my name down and sat in some homemade jail style wooden benches. i Waited for 40 minutes listening to the barbers talk about ho's and women passing by the front of the store the language that was being used would ofend a sailor! I finally got up and asked the barber closest to me how much longer I was going to have to wait and he tells me " if you ain't gots a appointment you ain't getting your hair cut today" apperently they only work by appointments on Saturdays. I told him it would've been nice to have been told that as soon as I walked in or if there was some sort of sign on the door or sign in sheet! Or if they had a reception desk like a normal business! Aperently I was not the only one that did not know that because the guy sitting across from me got up and walked out after the rude ghetto barber said that. I asked for the manager and was refered to a red head barber is the owner after I told him what happened he said "our bad" 1. You are not black so stop trying to speak Ebonics 2. My our shop is not the movie barbershop and you are not ice cube! 3. Dude you are a ginger stop with the ghetto hood act already! I will never set foot in this place again. But if you like places that are dirty and smell like marihuana and butt or if you enjoy being around guys that are out on perrole this might be the place for you!

Mike was amazing! Great haircut, perfect fade and lines. Appreciated the time and patience! I'll be a regular customer now!
