Had to take my dog there since he had bloat syndrome the dog was wailing in pain and they took him in the back and gave him pain meds. Well i was able to see my dog he was panting heavily and still uncomfortable. I was told two options surgery which $4000 maybe even more or euthanasia. My poor dog had DM and his hips were starting to be effected as well as his paws scrapping the ground when he walks and day before he defecated and didn't realize he was laying in it. Being that the surgery would require a lot of walking for rehab and worried bout him getting infections and surgery and recovery is painful i couldn't put my dog thru it. I told them my decision to euthanize and spare him pain i get told "its $566 to euthanize". I replied, "you want me to pay now"? I was told yes so i said of course i may walk out the door with a dead dog. I couldn't believe she was worried about $566 dollars instead of at least making him comfortable with anestesia so i had to leave the room and pay when i hear my poor dog all the way at the front desk run in and my dog had tried to sit up prob to go with me. That woman had no compassion at all just about the money! Only reason i gave 3 stars place was clean and other girls were nice.
