The guy will take your money and not finish the work! Do not use this service! I hired them to grind a large tree stump. Long story short, the guy started off the job ok, but now won't finish it! I have a HUGE stump left and can’t plant anything! They guy promised to grind a large stump for $500 and I quote “to come back as many times as needed", he came twice, took my money and now won't return to finish the job. I have been calling and talking with him & leaving message. He says he will get to it, but it has been over a year and the job is still not done. Lame excuse after lame excuse. He says he will do it ‘when he is in the area’ in two weeks….two weeks come & go, stump is still there. He says a car is in the way, no car is there (I have 1 car in garage, and I drive the other…knock on the door!). He even had the nerve to say he stopped by and didn't see the stump about 6 months ago, when the thing sticks out of the ground by 12 inches! I wish I could attach a picture to this review to show the poor work/follow-up. So disappointed with the service, there are many other people in town who will do the same work, please learn from my experience and spend your money at a reliable and honest business!
