The owners, Donna and Peter are nice & helpful. The Curves is clean. I worked hard while I was attending and lost approx 3/4" all around the first time I was measured. I measured myself after that and didn't lose any more inches. I didn't lose any weight, but expected not to at first. I didn't join the weight program. I did watch my food intake & cut back on carbs on my own. I believe in 4 months I should've lost more inches. Maybe there aren't enough machines or 1/2 hour isn't long enough, I don't know. I know it didn't do anything for me and I don't want to waste any more of my money.
