I purchased my bridal gown (Monique Lhullier) and my bridesmaids' dresses at CC's Boutique. I also had my alterations done there. I wouldn't wish my horrendous experience at CC's on my worst enemy. First, CC's failed to obtain the dress they had agreed to get for me to try on. Should have left then, but they convinced me that the dress had odd, unflattering pleating - so I selected another. At each of my fittings, the seamstress' assistant REPEATEDLY pricked her finger with her needle and bled on my wedding dress! I wish I was making this up . . . she even refused my mother's suggestion that she use a band-aid. My "finished" bridemaids' dresses looked awful - fabric was bunched and terribly twisted. I showed the head seamstress, and she immediately agreed to correct them. Lucky that there was time to do that! Finally, the beaded headband of my veil was caked with sticky glue, and beads began popping off my gown as soon as I left CC's with it. Avoid this place like the plague!
