I arrived at the location in Eagan and I was pleasantly surprised at how open and airy it is. I was led to one of the large private massage rooms and was left to get comfortable. My therapist came in and asked me what type of massage I would like. I explained that I like a medium to deep tissue massage with deep work in my problem areas.

I was quite surprised by her ability to find and release the tension in my problem areas. In particular I have trouble in my low back and shoulders and she spent quite a bit of time working on both, doing a great job of getting in deep while not making it painful. This was also the first time I experienced tun-ia and I found it both invigorating and relaxing.

After the one hour massage, I rose from the table relaxed and refreshed. My low back and shoulders felt fantastic!
