Kent is a great guy, and provides excellent service, I'll never shop anywhere else.

Best customer service I've ever had!

I called Kent to have my sunglasses fixed. Other companies said they could not fix them as they had a broken hinge. Kent said to go ahead and bring them in. They were fixed within the hour of bringing them in. Also, since I was unable to come during business hours because of work he made arrangements for me to get him the glasses. I am VERY happy with Kent Optical and am excited to give him my business in the future. Kent said "If [he] can't fix it no one can" and I now know this is 100 true because he fixed them when no one else could!
