Rik did an amazing job. My garage is a basement tuck under and not a standard size. He had to make custom adjustments to the opener and the door attachments to get it to fit and work properly, which he did in a professional and timely manner. I chose STL Garage Door Depot because they had an A+ rating with the BBB and I was very satisfied with the work that was done and his pricing was very reasonable.

To make a long story short, my garage door was totally wrecked. STL Garage Door Depot wasn't my first choice, but their representative, Rik, was the first to respond. Within 30 minutes, Rik had taken the necessary measurements, ordered a new garage door, and provided an estimate and a time to do the work. The next morning, Rik showed up on time to complete the installation. I've had the installation of a new roof, new siding, new windows, and new fencing; but the most professional work I've ever had done on my property was the new garage door that was installed by Rik. Rik was courteous, totally professional, and he cleaned up after the job was done. I would give him the highest rating possible, plus one; and I would definitely recommend his company for any garage work. -- Bill Vaughn

I called Rick out the day before and we set up an appointment. He was very prompt, very fair in pricing

quick and did an excellent job. I had been having problems with my current garage door and he fixed everything that was wrong to make it function again and for that I was very thankful !! I would highly recommend this business..PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL Super nice

I would definitely recommend STL Garage Door Depot. I called three different Garage Door Repair Companies and Rik was the first to respond. He was very professional and gave me all my pricing options up front; before our scheduled appointment the next day. He kept his promise, arriving on time and answered all my questions; in terms I could understand which made my decision easier. I ended up buying a new opener, after Rik showed me the 1992 date on my old opener. As promised he installed a new opener within an hour, did a professional job and cleaned up & even hauled off the old opener. "THANKS again Rik; Great Job". Dennis A.
