This company has repaired broken windows for us in the past. I called them again for one window that had a balance issue. After waiting for 3-1/2 hours for the repairman, I was told it would be $160 for ONE WINDOW! When I questioned this, I was told that they have a minimum of $150 charge. It would have been nice for them to tell me this when I called to make the appointment instead of making me sit at home waiting for a 4 hour block of time. Mind you, they were already standing in my house when I was told this, so it's not like they were charging for the service call. The part was $10 and was a simple, short repair. This is price gouging. Buyer beware
