I needed help fixing a flat tire because my jack was broken so I called my roadside assistance and they linked me with this "company". I waited an hour for them in Chico. I finally called and he answered the phone with only a hello, no indication that I had called a company. I told him about the situation and he said he had two people in front of me so it would be longer than the estimated one hour. He just kept rambling on with excuses so I said okay and hung up. Canceled it with my roadside assistance and had someone else help me with the tire. Super unprofessional!!

It took these guys over 3 hours to get to my location in Chico for a lockout on a 100 degree day. The guy arrived driving a mercedes with no indication of who he was. There was also a woman asleep in the back seat. THe driver had no id and was not wearing a work shirt showing TLC Roadside. He said he had came from Marysville!!! He said the reason had to wait so long was because my insurance had to call around for a Roadside Co. that would even respond to a lockout because most of them want the big money calls (tows, etc for $500-600). If this is true, this is bad news for those who are stranded. If it is not true, I guess he was just trying to justify his 3 hour response time. Either way not good.

My roadside assistance called this company and they left me stranded for well over an hour before we got a new provider. The dispatcher was not helpful or friendly and despite several promises of help being on the way and promises of callbacks, they never showed and never returned calls. If you're stranded, use a more reliable company!
