The worse service ever never will order from them again charge to much for just a sandwich and then told me I did not order fries don't order from them.

We have ordered from Sams in the past quite a bit and had very few problems until about 6 months ago. The first problem was when they charged someone else's order to my credit card and it took them a week to sort it out. The next problem was when we ordered and they sent the wrong food which took an hour to receive . When over an hour later they brought the correct food it was cold and all you could taste was old grease! We stupidly ordered again today. We ordered the pick any 3 appetizers ( as we had done in the past with no problems!! ) We get the food and it is all in one container! There were 3 chicken strips, 4 cheese sticks ( which were fried so hard that all the cheese was outside the stick ) and 6 fried mushrooms. When I called to say something about the situation the lady on the phone gave me MAJOR attitude. We called her out on her attitude and hung up only to call a few minutes later call the manager who proceeded to talk over me and condescend me. He accused me of lying and became very angry when I told him the portions he sent were not what they had sent in the past. He says he cooked it himself and was I calling HIM a liar! When I confronted him with all the past issues including the new one he told me he didn't have time to argue with me over petty stuff and to call a different restaurant from now on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! RUN SCREAMING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!

No stars!!! We ordered food from here, it came ice cold. They credited us a free order of the same item, it came cold AGAIN! This time we told them we just wanted our money back, they hung up. When we called back, they were majorly rude and never refunded our money!!! Fish burnt to a crisp and cold, centers of food freezing cold. Oh, and when they brought us the replacement order, they tried to charge us delivery to correct THERE mistake!!! Wouldnt even give ONE star if i had a choice!!!

We have ordered many deliveries from Sams. Today was the last time!!! We ordered sandwiches for lunch today. It took a hour to get extreme cold soup and sandwiches. But, the worse part is how rude the man that answered the phone is!!! No customer should be talked to as rude and disrespectful as he was. We were not rude, just wondering were our food was. (This is before we finally received our cold soup and sandwiches). No way will I ever order there again!!!

Whenever we order pizza, we order it from Sam's on Charles Street. It's the best pizza in town !!!!! Also, for delivery, we live 1/2 mile outside the city limit and Sam's is the ONLY restaurant that will deliver to our address. They have ALWAYS gotten the order correct and we have ordered many pizzas from them. When we have company for pizza, they express the same opinion about the quality and taste. Kudos to Sam's and all their employees!

One of the best Pizza places in all of Rockford.

Sam's is more than a pizza place. I especially enjoy the friday night fish special, but the every day specials are good also. The staff is kind and the prices are good.

Great place to eat. The pizza is the best in the rockford area. They also have great pasta, sandwiches, and desserts. The prices are very reasonable. I've been eating at Sam's for many years and I highly recommend Sam's Pizza on Charles Street in Rockford.

Goodly portions. The lasagna is stuffed with lotsa cheese and served with garlic bread. Service is good and if you want take-out it's ready and waiting for you.
