After confirming that we did indeed have bed bugs, Terry did a fantastic job. He got rid of them. Explained the process and eased our minds during the whole ordeal. 2 years later when those darn bugs got back into out house. We called him up again. Great service!

I have called Midwest Pest Control on a number of occasions for pest control needs. They provided prompt, affordable, and professional service. Terry was always informative and friendly. After each service call, he personally called to follow up and make sure that my issues were solved and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Midwest Pest Control. Terry went above and beyond to take care of my pest control needs and taught me as a consumer what I could do to prevent future problems.

Terry preyed on my family's bed bug fears and scared my daughter and girlfriend over the phone into spending almost 1000$ to treat for bed bugs. The problem is the girls have no visible bed bug bites. No evidence of bed bugs on mattress or anything. And when I stated I wanted evidence before treatment he turned into a stuttering fool making excuses how we'd never be able to actually find any bed bugs. Really?? That is NOT TRUE!! I'm convinced he preys on people's fears. Any other company says they must come out and determine that first you HAVE bed bugs before treating anything at all. This joker played my girl and I against each other. Congratulations you got my family's money just so my lady can sleep at night after you terrified her and my daughter into doing the treatment. And don't worry everyone. If you can't afford the treatment he will let you pay installments and slowly rip you off one payment at a time. Ppl like this make me sick to my stomach.
We recently started noticing that we were waking up with bites all over us and our kids after some research we realized that we had a flea issue. After calling our vet, Petsmart, and Petland in Rockford, IL. we contacted the Orkin man.... we were absolutely blown away by what it was going to cost to get the fleas taken care of. I then started doing a google search and called a few other local places and all were way to high in price. Then i ran across the Google add for Midwest Pest Control. I called Terry and spoke with him about our issue with the fleas. To be honest at first I was terrified to ask for a quote/price, but when he told me I was so relieved to hear that he was within our budget. He was super nice to deal with and would definitely recommend them to others whether or not they are on a tight budget. Fleas be gone!

I called Midwest Pest control out to my home because I had a problem with Carpenter ants. They were flying around my sons room and eating my walls for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They quickly found out where they were and took care of the problem without doing any damage to my walls. Midwest Pest control was very professional and reasonably priced . I highly recommend their services
