I had an absolutely horrible experience! In a time that was supposed to be one of the happiest in my life I left there angry and disappointed! To start our adventure off I was trying on some bridal dresses and our consultant knowing I was undressed left my door open for the large family including men wemon and children to see in at my darn near naked self!!! Then not even so much as apology from her left us to pretty much find our own dresses because she over booked herself! Afte leaving that day thinking we had ordered our dresses we later on found out they had lost allllllll of our information and again we're less then apologetic! Finally after telling me our dresses we wanted would not be here in time for the wedding which had they not "misplaced our orderes" we did get that resolved finally after about 5 10 minute conversations. When my bridesmaids went to go get there dresses they had no record of there names and took them 20+ minutes to find each dress that they put under random names ..... needless to say if you want a great experience go anywhere else but Davids bridal unless you want to be extremely embarrassed, over stressed, ignored, treated like shit, and not even get so much as an apology. Please know I'm a very easygoing kind person in no way a bridezilla I just think others need to be aware of the unprofessional rude people in that establishment!

I loved Steven and everyone working there that I encountered with! I didn't know much at all but Steven put me at ease and he's such a good person and really knows what he is doing and he's such a great people person and he helped me with my wedding dress yesterday 10/11/15 alone with my maid of honor. they really are wonderful there and I recommend it definitely.

FANTASTIC experience here. I changed my mind on my wedding gown and was able to exchange it easily. Steven was my stylist and also styled my maid of honor for her wedding! He is so personable and really knows his stuff!!! I was immensely pleased with my experience, can't wait to go back for alterations.

I had a horrible experience when trying to purchase my bridesmaid dresses. We knew the style and color we needed and it took an extremely long time for a consultant to even get to us. She took the dresses to a fitting room, which we had to hunt down since we were never notified of its location. Then I had to run to the racks to get my girls different sizes when our attendant was nowhere to be found. I finally located her and she was helping a bride. I understand the bride takes first priority as I should have when I was there. However, we had a terrible experience due to their overbooking. We had a question about the neckline of a dress, she said she would check and we didn't see her again until she asked if we made a decision. Needless to say, we did not want to give our business to them and went elsewhere to purchase the dresses-which were half the cost!

I found the workers very friendly and helped me find the dress of my dreams.

Absolutely love David's Bridal! I had less than 9 weeks to find my dress, wish I could remember the girl who helped me! She was wonderful! Found my dress and accessories in one day!

The lady I had for my bridesmaid's was super nice. However ,for my dress she was always rushing,and very rude. It's not my fault they over book and you have to run from one bride to another and still make each happy .Whenever I have called , they're always rude . Except , for the lady in alterations . On the plus side , pretty dresses for a great price !

I paid for a bra and slip to go with my wedding dress, but they didn't have my size, so they said they'd order it. Both were supposed to be in today, but now they tell me my slip will take another 3 weeks to ship. My wedding is coming up in a month, so needless to say I am very disappointed and angry that I have another thing to stress out over. What an unprofessional way to conduct a business. I wish I could give them zero stars.

At first it seems very organized but this store is too busy and the girls never know whats going on. They ordered the wrong size dress and bra. They charge an arm and a leg for alterations. Everything is marked way up. Our coordinater kept giving us false info. instead of finding the answers. I would not recomend it unless you have a lot of money to burn and have a lot of time to spare. Im getting my dress and having someone else do the alterations.

I went to David's Bridal in Rockford, IL and got horrible service. First of all, when they called me to come and get my dress, it was the wrong dress. Then, they were not even very apologetic about the situation and continued to blame the warehouse for the mistake. After continuously complaining about this HUGE mistake, they were finally able to offer free shipping to my house when the correct dress came in-however, that did not happen. They never shipped it to my house and I had to go back to Rockford to pick it up. When I called to complain about that, the manager blamed it on a new worker. She did offer to have it shipped to me after all of this messing around, but I refused it because I just wanted to pick up my dress and be completely done with David's Bridal. Then, when I finally did get my correct dress back to my home to try on, it had a dirt mark on it! Even though this is the dress I loved, I do not recommend using David's Bridal....or at least the Rockford, IL location!
