I got crappy service from Grove Dental Group. Cost thousands of dollars. I found that Pacific Dental Service offices have poor ratings for customer service. Check out their website pacificdentalservice.com. This office is one of their dental offices and listed on their website. Read the site, they want to make the dentist money not really helping you, or giving you great treatment. The Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) Rates this Pacific Dental Service office a D . Report as of July 31, 2008 I wouldn't eat anywhere with a D rating would you? SO keep looking.If you had a problem, tell the Better Business Bureau and your insurance. Delta etc, doesn't want to send you to a place you will get crappy treatment.
