Bought insurance for my new phone last year at Best Buy and when I lost my phone...the insurance didn't cover anything...a wasted $120 / year.

All the people there have very bad attitudes...even the manager and last time I went in to ask a question the manager was flirting with an employee there...they just have very very bad service wouldn't recommend this location...see yahoo for more reviews before going there..

After 20 years with an RCA tv, I finally purchased a new Sony 46" tv from the Tyler St. store in February 2009. I was helped by a young lady named Kim. Because of Kim, I must say that I went from knowing next to nothing about new technology to being very well informed. Kim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I can truly say that if it were not for her, I would not have made that purchase. Kim is to be commended.

Again another Best Buy that does not answer the phone; especially the Geek Squad.

I had questions on a new computer I had brought at Best Buy. they were extremly helpful and knowledable about their products.
