The food here was tasty! One of Reno's best Chinese locations. I had a plate of General Chicken with pork chow. We shared an order of salt and pepper fish as well, which was Yummy.

We been going here for a while since we been in Reno. We like the place and the people that work here. Today was different to say the least. My son accidentally left his favorite toys when we left. We were gone less than five minutes, so I called to let them know that we are coming back to get them. So, after I ask for the toys the worker begin to tell me he toss it in the garbage. He said it repeatedly like I have no intension to get it back. Needless to say that service was really poor in their part. So, advice when your dinning at Hong Dinner at the Prototype location, make no mistake leaving things accidentally, for you will never get it back. They seen to have no consideration on their customer belongings. So, I am sad to say that it only take one bad experience to stop patronizing this business. I will spread the word out to my friends and colleague about this incident. I would have been this disappointed if the worker apologizes sincerely, but all I got was a disconcern about my situation.
