GREAT STORE! I love this store. every time I go in, I'm always greeted politely. customer service is great, and they always answer my questions, with additional information, that is always helpful. great prices on purchases. the only slight downfall, is when you're trading in something for cash, the exchange is very low, and unfair. for example, trading an ipad, I got $40. other than that, Bog Bean is the best store in Redding California, and I love the positive attitude everyone has. :)

Nice service. I got myself a copy of TF2, for free. They were about to trash it, but they gave it to me instead. That was nice of them.

The place is just cluttered. I almost tripped over their rugs twice, its very hard to move around the game section when theres more than three people in that area, and a couple of the book shelf areas are so closed in that if you're claustrophobic you wont go in them. The movies are only halfway sorted by alphabet, and that usually wont bother me if they're out of order, but if you're gonna alphabetize them, dont do it half-arsed.



The service was okay, but they were more focused on sorting thier precious stock than to give me a set price on the stuff i was selling. And on top of that, instead of calculating up a couple of things i found last minute, the woman said it wouldnt make much of a difference to the total and just stuck the items on the stack.



Then, after I made my purchases, i still had at least 2.00 store credit left and instead of doing the math, the woman behind the counter decided to say that it was a fair trade and lowered my credit from 13.00 to 11.00 just so she didnt have to do any work!



This place needs some serious business management. I am thoroughly surprised that it gets any business at all with how crappy the service is.

The feel of an old style 60's-70's music store yet with ALL the features and knowledge of a hip up to date "everything related to entertainment store"Videos, Music, Books, Pictures, Nic Nacs and much much more! Staff always helpful and knowledgable. Great place to visit and share with friends!
