A bonus is that Joe Mitchiner has been licensed and engaged in the private practice of law in North Carolina since 1977, with extensive experience in real estate, construction law and civil litigation matters. In addition to State courts, Joe is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various other federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court.
