Joe Palumbo is a great owner to work with and he stands behind his products and service 100%. I have had tony repair my appliances and he knows his stuff. Beats the big brand stores every day and MUCH cheaper.

Excellent service. Anthony just left and I couldn't be happier. The service was prompt, efficient and curteous. He diagnosed the problemquickly and repaired it. I would highly recommend Hancock TV & Appliance for any repair service needs.

Bad experience. I had the exact dimensions of my old fridge and the Hancock salesman. But like any cheap car salsesman, he streered me toward a expensive model (not on the floor) and promised it was the size as my old boxr. Proudly showed me proof in the catalog and gave me a 'sweet' discount as incentive. But the fridge that arrived at my home was smaller, especially the freezer section.Worse was the incompetent delivery men. They over-tightened a soft screw that fastened the door hinge cover and stripped it. This left one piece of the screw in the cover and the other wedged in the screw slot. Neither were coming out. But he promised to come back with the proper extraction tools, and begged I not tell Hancock appliance so he wouldn't get in trouble. Of course he never returned and Hancock Appliance won't do zip. There attitude: It's only a hinge cover, so live with it. You'll find more honest service at Lowes or Home Depot,.

I recently had my refrigerator serviced by Anthony from Hancock TV and Appliance. He knew exactly what was needed the first time and had the part installed in no time. He even fixed a shelf for me at no additional cost. Very friendly, professional and courteous. Highly recommended to anyone.
not easy to return items, "need to speak to owner" what kind of a policy is that?
Do NOT shop here. We returned a refrigerator the same day it arrived and the freezer door did not have room to open. We were told we needed to pick out a new refirigerator from one they had on the floor. We did and it was a much cheaper model. We not only were NOT given the difference in price, but were charged a restocking fee. Later we found from an extremely RUDE manager/owner that we could have traded for any model not just one on the floor. However, he took no responsibility for his salesperson's mistake and did not refund us any money.
