Do not use this company they lie!! Kelly the repair man likes to come out and chitchat and we were told that we would not owe a service fee and that he was not even here because we knew exactly what was wrong with the washer and we could just order the part when we were ready and then we start getting bills and he claims he never told us that!! How convenient!! I will be sure and tell all my friends and family not to use this company!!

They are a sorry excuse for a repair service company. They come out charge a 80 dollar service call and say it's 500 or more to fix. This is my second experience of this kind with Melton. I called someone else they fixed the washing machine for less than 100!

I was told that it would be a $50.00 charge to diagnose the washer problem,Kelly came out,listened to the sound it made, said it was tge bearing(I told him that already)& he said the bearing & seal kit would be approximately $250.-300.00 not including labor.( I called Sears & it cost $65.00).
