      A Beautiful Salon

      I have tried a bunch of Salons in the Portsmouth area but I finally found my gem. 6 Degrees is absolutely the only salon I will ever go to again. You're greeted with a smile every time you walk in and the stylists listen to what you want instead of imposing their will upon you. The staff was very knowledgeable about technique and product and I walked out feeling refreshed. The salon is just beautiful with an unbelieveable view of the Harbor. Also there was no tipping which I thought was a brilliant idea. Not because I'm cheap, but I was never educated on how much I should leave, whether it was too much or too little. This salon alleviates that awkward feeling I used to get at the end of every cut. Thanks 6 Degrees.

      I will never have to go to another hair salon after trying 6 Degrees. The staff is unbelievable, knowledgeable about product and technique and very friendly. The salon is fresh and beautiful with and unforgettable view of Portsmouth Harbor. Try 6 Degrees.

      What a view, and the salon is beautiful. The stylist are professional and talented, the best color I have ever had.

The stylists attend frequent and advanced training programs to continue the highest level of education. This comfortable setting offers convenient hours, with Saturday and evening appointments available. 6 Degrees Salon is focused on bringing smiles to the faces of our clients. It can be hard to choose a new salon. This is your appearance, your style, your life. We listen to what you want and our professionally trained stylists perform at the highest level to bring your look and vision to life. We also do not accept tips. This alleviates any awkwardness for our clients. Sometimes it can be hard to know how much to tip so we dismiss this entirely and it helps to make the visit more comfortable so we can focus on your look.
