Went in for some sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment) and the doctor was EXTREMELY uninterested in my goals for the procedure. I saw Dr. Alexander, and both times during my pre-consult and the actual procedure, he seemed like he was in massive hurry and could care less about me. He was in such a hurry to get me out of there that I had to request no less than 6 times that he continue with the treatment that I had just paid $350 for because he kept trying to stop early without treating all of my veins. Also, I had some vericose veins that I also wanted taken care of and he skipped right over them. I felt extremely insignificant and as though I had been ripped off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!





I was originally supposed to go back for subsequent treatments, but I now have to find a new doctor to do these and go in for the pre-consultation all over again, which will in turn cost me more money. It is worth it to me however to get the professional results I am looking for. If you are expecting professional results, this is not the place!
