Professional life coaching and counseling for depression, grief, bereavement, ptsd, stress, anxiety, work-life, exercise and wellness issues, career changes, relationship problems, and adult children caring for an aging or elderly parent. Coaching services are conducted face to face or over the telephone. Benefits of service may include decrease in stress, better coping skills, improved relationships, better decision making ability, and greater personal freedom.
