Provided by DexKnowsDon't use this vet clinic since Dr.Conradi had sold her business to the new vets. They over committed to make you feel good, but they could not deliver the cares. I found out they were not really care about your beloved pets they care about $$$. There were mistakes on the paper works and the charges were way too expensive. Do not risk your pets' lives with this vet clinic.

Provided by DexKnowsDr. Conradi and Dr. Bussa will try to get you to get unnecessary services and test for your pet. They wanted $450 to neuter a Rabbit! Because it is an exotic?! The receptionist never even seen a rabbit come in before! I took my rabbit to Linwood where I used to go a long time ago and it only cost $150 to get our rabbit neutered. They have tried to rip off my mom when she brought her kitten in they wanted over $300 for a bunch of tests, it did include the shots but that is riduculous. She still ended up paying $158. They have harrassed me and my mom for fecal samples for our animals repeatidly over the phone. Their prices have sky rocketed they are deperate for money. Dr. Conradi said dry cat food is what made the cats fat and Bussa said the wet food made the cats fat?? Oh and also all the unnecessary staff they have hired I have noticed how they are never busy I love my animals enough to know that they don't deserve to go to a place where they don't looked at you like a dollar sign.

Provided by DexKnowsDr. Conradi and staff are hands down some of the finest in the business. Vet care is not cheap, but their rates are competitive. They are compassionate, caring and truly want the best for your pet. Dr. Conradi did all she could to diagnose a difficult problem with my dog, and make his life easier with medications. She made a difficult decision easier for me by relaying her own personal story, made a house call with her skilled technician, and when my sweet dog's life ended they were nothing but respectful, kind and supportive. I will continue to use this vet as long as I reside in the Portland area, without question.

Provided by DexKnowsI love this clinic. The doctors and staff are awesome. They have 2 cats that live at the clinic. I stop by sometimes just to visit with their one-eyed cat named Squishy. Dr. Bob is really great with my timid aussie, who is typically afraid of men. He spent time on the floor letting my dog get to know him in the exam room which is why i've switched to their clinic for all of my pets. Caring dr's are hard to find these days.

Provided by DexKnowsI totally disagree with the other review. I have been taking my two dogs and two cats to this clinic for three years and have always had wonderful and compassionate expierences. Both Dr. Conradi and Dr. Bussa as well as the staff are very friendly and always remember me and ask about all my pets. They do not "upsell" their services and always try to cut me a break when they can. Lets face it, vets are expensive but your dollar will not be wasted here.

Provided by DexKnowsI read the other review on this website and I wanted to put out there that both the doctors at Mt Scott are awesome. Dr. Barry was very old school and made horrible business decisions, hence why he had to file bankruptcy and sold the clinic. I've been taking my pets to this clinic for almost two years not and am always impressed with the kindness and caring from all the staff. If you are worried about price, ask for an estimate. They are alot cheaper and more willing to work with you than the other vets i've been to in the area. 2 thumbs up!

Provided by DexKnowsThis has got to be the worst veterinarian in the city of Portland! Dr Berry sold the practice and the new owner is obviously impressed with herself and its a good thing because no one else is! Her prices are outrageous, her people skills are non-existent and I would hate to think of how she treats her patient when the owners are not there!###If you want the quality care you were use to with Dr. Barry, you will be disappointed. My suggestion, find someone, anyone else, and by the way, Dr Barry did not retire he just moved to Gresham!
