Provided by DexKnowsI never had used them before, they were on time, professional and courteous. I have no affiliation with this company...they did what they said they would. I appreciate that. I thought they did a good job.

Provided by DexKnowsI locked my key in my car last night. I was told someone would be there in 30 minutes. At 50 minutes I called again and was told 5 minutes away. It was 40 more minutes before they arrived. Driver forged the paperwork, said he arrived at the same time I was on the phone with dispatch looking for him. I had asked dispatch to have the company call me today and the did not. I called and spoke to "assistant manger", attitude! No attempt to update me, they suck you in and then hang you out there in the wind. %$#)*& company!

Provided by DexKnowsThis company is a joke. We called them when our car was stuck in a ditch in our driveway a few years ago. They refused to come out because, as the tow guy said ... they might get their tow truck scratched. I thought, YOU ARE A TOW TRUCK COMPANY! IT'S YOUR JOB!! So we got some friends to help us. Now, a few years later, my husband had a flat tire and called Triple A. They dispatched Crown Point Towing. They guy could not figure out how to get the spare down off the bottom of the truck so he left. Did he bother to get under the truck and try? NO. He just basically said, oh well. Did he try to get us towed to a shop? NO. My husband did not press the issue as the guy did not appear to want to get his equipment out to hook him up and tow him. SO ... left to himself, my husband got under the truck in his office work clothes and figured out how to get the spare down in FIVE MINUTES! He changed the tired himself. I was not happy since he had recently had a heart attack and we have Triple A for just this kind of thing. My husband thought the guy just did not feel like getting his clothes dirty and wet in the rain and didn't feel like getting his equipment out to tow him. Point being ... call a tow company that actually wants to tow cars.

Provided by DexKnowsThe driver that had my keys didn't leave them at the office, so I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. To then have the little guy call me "sweetheart, honey and BITCH"... and when I called to complain, the manager told me he didn't care and that I shouldn't be trying to "manage him". totally unprofessional.
