I know you're in Portland, Oregon and I'm in Las Vegas, NV. Who would think I would need a heating guy in Portland? Just so happens my sister lives in Portland and called me to let me know she had been without heat for 11 days in February in Portland Oregon! She was afraid to call and ask me for help! I got on the phone immediately and looked at dexpages.com to find a heating company in Portland that would help us out. Oh...it was also President's Day weekend, and I was calling on a Sunday night, not sure if these folks worked on President's day! I spoke with a very nice man at Columbia Heating & cooling and he assured me that he would send someone out to my sister's house by mid morning to take a look at the problem. The service man they sent was Paul and he was wonderfully helpful and fixed the problem for my sister and got the heat going again in her house in a matter of minutes! I have to give a HUGE A+ rating to Columbia Heating and Cooling! Thank you so much!
