I was really freaked out by the mixed reviews online but had the best experience I could have wanted. Jillian was amazingly attentive, asking me a lot of questions for each dress that I tried on so we could hone in on perfection. She even brought me a tiara with the dresses because she knew my goal was a "princess" feel. I went to David's Bridal after to see if the cheaper price of DB was worth it- my experience at DB a couple months ago was good but this trip (to a different DB location) DB was rude and left me alone in my undergarments waiting for so long that my friends started to worry about me. And the one dress that I confirmed was at that DB ahead of time my consultant claimed she couldn't find. It really showed what a difference the two places were. On top of it all, Charlotte's was offering $100 off Casablanca dresses, which come made to the right length, saving another $100-ish on hemming on such a multi-layered dress. Totally negates the price difference at cheaper places.

She was pretty awesome though- extremely attentive, asking me a lot of questions about each dress I tried on (likes/dislikes). I went to David's Bridal afterward to see if the prices of DB were worth the lower quality- my experience at DB was good a couple months ago but during this trip (to a different location) DB left me alone in my undergarments waiting so long that my friends outside started to wonder. And the one dress style I verbally confirmed ahead of time was at DB my consultant couldn't find. Charlotte's was offering $100 off their Casablanca dresses which come already hemmed to the right length for free, saving probably another $100, negating the DB price difference. I ended up picking the first dress Jillian put me in.

Ugh! this place is way over price and couldn't find anything under $300, went to David's Bridal and found something beautiful for less plus the customer service was great at David's Bridal, my advice is shop around!
