Barney cleaned carpet in a 980 sq ft basement of a rental home. 3 rooms plus stairs with excessive pet urine and who knows what else in the carpet. I needed carpet in a rental cleaned desperately! My previous renters had allowed their 3 dogs to urinate all over the carpet and you could smell the urine when you walked into the downstairs of the home. Barney was prompt in setting up a carpet cleaning appointment and were there exactly on time. There were no surprises on the price. I was told upfront that there would be an additional charge for stairs and their pet treatment. The carpet turned out better than expected! Way better then any other carpet cleaner No urine stains or smells were there when they finished! You could put your nose into the dry carpet and smell absolutely nothing but a clean smell! I had previously used another carpet cleaning company, but didn't get a response from them when I needed them. I will definitely use this carpet cleaner again.

Karen was amazing on the phone and so terrific to work with. Everything she said came to pass in a great way. Barney arrived right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me all that he was going to do and was very respectful of our home in Portland. He was also very concerned about my elderly mom being disturbed by the loud machine. He worked very hard to get the spots out of my , filthy, furniture and it looks almost new. Carpets look great! Furniture looks great! My appointment was for later in the day and due to a job taking longer than expected, he was running late. However, I received a call at least 2 hours before his expected arrival time alerting me to the situation. I was fine with it, so there was no problem. Other portland carpet cleaners i used never even showed up when this kind of thing happened. He did the job they promised and the carpet still looks good 2 weeks later (so stains didn't reappear). I had asked ahead if they would move my bed (it was on coasters, so not too difficult to move). He did so and returned it to its original place.
