Dillon Sulecki did a good job in providing our family home a pest control services on Dec 28. Aptive has been doing its job really good.

This is the worst company to deal with. I took up the service and decided to stop the service after a month. I called to the customer service, paid the balance what ever was asked and closed the account. Few months down the line I get a letter from collection agency that I owe Aptive 10 dollars with no prior notification of any kind to me. I have been calling them from the past 5 days to resolve this. The customer service folks have the same answer that someone will reach out in next 24 hours but none call back. No direct phone no to billing department and folks will not connect if you want to talk to a supervisor or the billing department. Even though I was told I dont owe anything and it might have been a system glitch, no responsibility from anyone to take it to closure. One big mistake I did was even to try the service.....

On site reps failed to perform their contractual duties. Cobwebs and paper wasp nests were left on the house and there was no evidence of any treatment done. I had to purchase my own pest control product to kill insects that were inside my house after I returned from vacation. I also had to clear out 3 hobo spider nests that had been built while I was on vacation. As a result I called to inform Aptive of my dissatisfaction and to cancel the service. The rep had the nerve to to say they had to charge me a cancellation fee. So buyer beware when contracting with Aptive. They will lock you in, not do their job and then threaten you with fees and charges. Do not trust this company in any way.

Nathan came to our house for our first time using Aptive. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for such great service!

I am still waiting to see if my little ant visitors have truly gone. I had to call back Aptive twice as the ants returned twice after the the treatment , the last time more than ever. However the young people who did the spraying were charming, polite and efficient . To be fair the ants may not have been outside but possibly happily settled inside. But I praise them for promptly coming back and redoing the treatment with patience, politeness and understanding. This last time a young lady called Heather came and worked promptly and professionally dealing with possible entry areas in the kitchen. I feel she may have finally won the battle. Heathers demeanor and gentle humor helped a lot to soothe our frustrations. I feel confident that finally our unwanted guests may have decided to leave.

Caden was our professional that came to our house. Was very professional and did his job well and I was very pleased with him.
