Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience now accepting new clients. Are you going through a transition in your relationship, your work, your family, your health? Feeling stuck, stressed, depressed or anxious? I offer either short term or longer term therapy to help you feel better and get your life more in balance. Because I have a broad background, I can choose among different therapeutic strategies to collaborate with you about practical steps to achieve your goals. I have also taught Career and Life Planning and Job Search courses at 3 local colleges and in corporate settings. If you are looking for a new career or education direction, or applying for jobs, I can help you refine your focus and hone your techniques in today's job market. My rates are reasonable and I accept some clients on a sliding fee scale.
