I have used Kimberly Nelon of Guild Mortgage in Plano on two mortgages. She was very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable about the process and the mortgage market. I am a CPA and I don't put up with people that are inexperienced and not customer service focused. She put the application together, secured the loan commitment and closed the purchase at the Title Company on time and at the rate committed. It was an easy process. I also had her work with my brother who is not a financial Einstein and had a very poor credit rating and financial history. She helped him get some accounts current and clean up his credit rating enough to qualify for a loan on an entry level house. While it was a challenge for her, she was very patient with him and got the job done - much to my amazement. She has two happy customers. #William
