My daughter made appointment its was here first visit. She had some complications. She was advise that someone at the clinic tried to contact her concerning her upcoming appointment. My daughter made her appointment when she arrive she was approach by owner not knowing this is the Doctor of the facility & owner as well. She was advise by her she had to pay $85.00 for cancelation of appointment . Keep in mind my daughter is upset due to her bad news of miscarrying her 2nd child. The Doctor which is the owner was very rude even after I spoke to her to get to the bottom of this miscommunication. I was not rude to the Doctor which is the owner . She was screaming at me and told me the mom she doesn't t have to speak to me or do anything . I advise anyone please do not go to this facility . There are several facilities that deal with women in Plano area that are very nice and professional . I'm Reporting to Texas Medical Board.
