Please be very careful of this place. The front office people talk really nice and are great in presenting a nice picture.



But from my first hand experience, I can tell you they are great scam artists. You need to remember that front office people do not work in the garage. Overall the mechanics are extremely careless.



I have to admit how they have honed their scam art by offering 2 year warranty on any work they do. After their poor service, when something breaks down, as a customer, you would happily go back assuming everything they did is covered for 2 years. Guess what, the front office guys are experts in convincing that it is different problem and you need to get it repaired again. And off course, they will happily warranty that work for 2 years because they know what to tell next.



And if you insist, you will get a lesson in courtesy. Best, DO NOT GO THERE.

I took my car for oil change and also asked them to check about clicking noise i was hearing by the gearbox whenever i pressed my break. They came back saying that noise is normal during cold weather and replacing a small part wouldnt make any difference. If it was some other repair shop they would just give a estimate and have me replace the part. I would highly recommend this place to anyone living in plano. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB
