I did a hair color service and the service was very POOR. They DO NOT accept their mistake and tend to get MORE $$$ for a very POOR service.

When I went back to the salon the very next day to ask why the color is so horrible, Ashima just argues her point, again and again without understanding or even listening to my (a customer's) concerns.

The highlight is, Ashima says "who is going to look through your hair to know the hair color is un-even" this is a very rude comment to make to a customer.

I haven't seen any owner speak like this ever, a very WORSE ATTITUDE in Ashima salon, and when an owner herself speaks like this ???!!!!
