Service technician was very prompt, helpful, and HONEST. We diagnosed the problems quickly and he handled them professionally. I was also very impressed by their prompt service and reasonable pricing. I called late on day 1, and they gave me the option of having someone come out that evening with a bit of an extra surcharge, or saving $60 by having them come out the next day. I opted to save the $ and schedule a visit the next morning. Service tech was promptly on time and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. All around, a great experience, This company has earned a permanent spot on my fridge for who to call with HVAC issues. Good work! Thank you!

I had a very poor experience with Pickerington Heating and Cooling. We made the call on a Saturday in January 2016 when our gas furnace stopped working. By the time the technician arrived, the furnace had kicked back on. The technician spent an hour trying to diagnose the problem, but said that he couldn't definitely determine the cause of the outage. He said the most likely problem was a bad circuit board, and if the furnace went out again, we can call the office for a quote. He charged us $220. We were unhappy with the bill as the problem was neither diagnosed nor fixed. We called another company the following week, and this technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a leaky condensate tube which was dripping on the circuit board, and he fixed it that day. Pickerington Heating and Cooling missed the problem and we still had to pay the bill, for which we received no real service.

They did s great job! Worked on my "really old" furnace and did it quickly while keeping informed on what exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. These are my go to guys for all my furnace needs!

Called them to ask about a coupon, ended up scheduling an appt for my house in Canal Winchester. They came out next day and tuned up my furnace, changed filter ect. Very happy with there service. Ended up spending only 69 dollars +tax.
