Started in 1960, Crossroads Inc. is based at Phoenix, Arizona, and is an Arizona Department of Health Services Licensed Behavioral Residential Facility. It provides substance abuse treatment services and programs for women, men and Veterans, by promoting recovery from drug and alcoholism addiction, healing, self-sufficiency, accountability and personal growth. One of its programs is the intensive outpatient program, where patients are treated for a period of at least eight weeks. The residential programs are structured programs where an intensive 30-day program is followed by a 90-day program leading towards discharge. Payments are accepted through cash, money order, credit and debit cards, checks, and insurance.
