      Thursday- No service call nor call back.



      Friday- Glass allegedly broke in route.



      Saturday- No show and no call (waited at home 3 hours)



      Monday- We lost your paper work on Saturday



      Tuesday- We are sorry we did not call you back, broke the glass, lost your paper work, wasted your weekend morning, but we still expect to be paid 100% on the dollar for our work when and if we ever show up.



      Need glass repaired or replaced? Run like hell from McCauley Glass. Your reputation is only as good as your word and these people's word means nothing.

      Very Unprofessional

      Very shady people to deal with. Not on the up and up. Wouldn't use them to mow my lawn...let alone as a glass company.
