Just called these people to ask if they have a specific sort of car, and he asked me what exactly do you need. I said I need fender trim to go over my wheel. He said, "what? Skream you need scream?". I need Fender trim." Is no scream just fender". Okay, do you have a fender?" No, we do not have a fender for CRV". Now I want a scream!

Jesse is Awesome!

Jesse & the guys take great care of me, helping me with whatever my husband needs for his truck or my car. We've used GDA for several years, & have never had a problem with exchanges. If they don't have it, they either get it, or tell me where to find it...they have even matched a competitors prices once or twice! They bring out several versions of the part (tail light etc) & let ME choose, which is refreshing. Overall, I like them.... Its a 'mans parts house" but they are still polite & respectful to women.

Great job guys! Appreciate the service!

If it doesnt work just bring it back. yeah right. Be sure to ask for two of the same part, then pick the one that you want; dont let them pick. This business seems to have all available parts inventoried and in their computer system which is nice. I called ahead and asked for a turn signal switch; they told me they had one, and I went to pick it up. When I got there, it was just a matter of them finding it in their stock room, which took a little longer than I thought it should. When they gave me the turn signal switch, it looked worse than my broken switch. I asked, What if it doesnt work? Just bring it back, they said. So I took it home and it only partially worked. I gave in and just went to OReillys and paid double the price for a brand new one. So when I went back to get my money, they told me no refunds. They quickly went to the back and brought me another one that did work and it looked nice. The question I have is why didnt they give me that one to begin with?

If it doesn 19t work just brin...

If it doesn’t work just bring it back, yeah right. Be sure to ask for two (2) of the same part, then pick the one that you want; don’t let them pick. This business seems to have all available parts inventoried and in their computer system which is nice. I called ahead and asked for a turn signal switch; they told me they had one, and I went to pick it up. When I got there, it was just a matter of them finding it in their stock room, which took a little longer than I thought it should. But hey, at least the guy didn’t have to walk to the back of the property with a tool box to get my part from an abandoned car. When they gave me the turn signal switch, its appearance looked in worse shape than my malfunctioning switch. I asked, “What if it doesn’t work?” “Just bring it back,” they said. So I took it home and it only partially worked; the left signal wouldn’t turn off after turning left. I gave in and just went to O’Reilly’s and paid double the price for a brand new one; it worked like a charm. So when I went back to get my money, they told me no refunds. “But it doesn’t work” I told them. They quickly went to the back and brought me another one that did work. The question I have is why didn’t they give me that one to begin with? It looked a heck of a lot better, and it would have saved me a lot of time by not having to drive back and forth and all over town looking for a fix. In my opinion, they were looking to get rid of the crappy part, but it was at my expense. Luckily, O’Reilly’s took the new switch back.

Sir, I apology for ALL of your inconvience. Our policy is Not to make our customers mad or upset. The first part was NOT given to you on purpose...we don't know up front if all parts are working or not. That is why we tell you to bring it back if it doesn't. When we buy our cars 95% are not running or drivable, so it is hard to determine for sure if they are working parts or not. We do have some means of testing certain parts but unfortunately not a turn signal switch. Again, I'm sorry and if you give us another chance I will try hard to prove to you that our customer satisfaction is important to us. Dan Hinton, owner
