Requested services and result:



4. Trim and maintain tall yard palms.

Result: I was told that they were too tall for doing from a ladder and that the “climber” would return the following day to finish. No one arrived the next day. Two weeks, later my wife called and was assured that the “climber” had been busy but he would be there within the next day or two to trim the palms. It has now been over a month and the palms have yet to be serviced.



I sent a letter requesting the work be completed and Brandon left a note saying he wanted to make it right. Now over 6 months later, nothing has been done.
