Roll-off Inc. hit the awning on our house with their dumpster truck, and then were very unbusiness-like in dealing with such an accident. I was spoken to very disrespectfully. After several unpleasant phone conversations, they filed a claim with their insurance, but denied liability, and only made a 70% payment towards the replacement of the awning that they damaged, and then charged full price for the dumpster that we rented. I've never worked with a company that was so rude and unpleasant. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your container needs.
