Heather is such a wonderful person. She is very attentive to her customers and is always very pleasant and joy to see. We stopped by last Thursday evening just prior to Heather starting her shift and once again the person attending to the bar area ignored our presernce, waited on customers around us and then had the gentle!man stocking take our drink order. Amazing that this person is allowed to treat paying customers in such a manner so unprofessional. Heather and Jerry are excellent employees along with Chris, Jade, Sharon, etc. One bad apple sure can leave a bad taste to paying customers.

Won't let me give 0 stars. Consistently bad service, mediocre, often bad food. Last visit was truly my last, waitress was rude and hard to get, I went to the bar to get my own drink. Food arrived completely wrong, all they had to offer were excuses and literally seemed put off that I was displeased with my food. This place is a regular weekly stop for our friends, for the Keno, not the food. I refuse to spend a penny in this shabbily run dump. This is not a knee jerk reaction to a single bad experience but my opinion based on months of regular visits, simply got to be too much to tolerate for the pleasure of playing Keno.

I agree with the prior comments about how inexpensive and down right good the food is. But to say the servers and bartenders are fast and attentive is totally ridiculous. The servers spend more time smoking and horse playing with each other than doing any work. Still a very good place to go if your not in any kind of hurry

great food...friendly fun employees. Love the keno specials when they run them for a month...any special wager, any day. Keno rates for any player, and prices for food are very affordable. The game room is great too.

This place rocks!!! The Keno writers are friendly and helpful. The bartenders are great. They are fast in service. The waiters and waitresses are available in a timely manner to get drinks and food. The food is good too. I recommend this place to everyone.
