      It really saddens me to have to pull my father from this facility due to lack of care. This facility need cameras, to see how the residents are being mishandled. The state should go in and investigate past and present residents, families, victims.

      The Life Care Center of Omaha is a 128-bed facility with more than 35 Medicare units. It offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including physical, speech and occupational therapies. The center provides tracheotomy care, gastrostomy tube feeding, oxygen administration and pressure ulcer evaluation services. The Life Care Center of Omaha also provides nursing care, oxygen therapy and wound management services. The center features a meditation room, beauty salon and barber shop. It is a part of the Life Care Centers of America, which operates more than 200 nursing homes, assisted living facilities and Alzheimer's disease centers. Life Care Center of Omaha is located in Omaha, Neb.
