I made an 8:00 appointment two weeks in advance. The day before the appointment they called to say that I couldn't have the 8:00 appointment because of they type of insurance my daughter has. Never mind the fact I told them what the insurance was when I made the appointment and that I have rescheduled carpools and work to make this appointment. I could have an 11:15 appointment though! Seriously?!? You don't want anyone wasting your time by being late etc but they don't care at all about wasting your time. I would never reccomend this place to anyone! Ever!

This place has terrible customer service. They schedule office visits at multiple locations then they can't keep track of appointments. They lose your trays. The receptionist treat you like crap. They all talk to you like your stupid and will repeat things like you didn't hear the first time. I definitely would not recommend this place. This company is extremely rude and unorganized and when you ask the assistants to do you a favor (their job) they act like bitches excuse my language but I didn't pay $5000 to be treated this way and have my stuff lost and appointments messed up.
