At first, the company acted through its parent company, CMRI (now known as Lumetra), which is the Medicare quality improvement organization for California. IntegriGuard eventually became Lumetra s first wholly-owned subsidiary and has since operated independently. The company s core values have been the driving force for all of its business success in government contracting. Its teams gather and utilize a variety of information to make sound decisions, to explore innovative solutions in developing an approach and to demonstrate the highest level of integrity.
