I come into Nike alot, but today was a unusual experience for me, but the way KJ kept it together and still gave me excellent customer service with a smile on her face I was impressed. I enjoy coming to the store when she is in the men's department or fitting room. She even remembers my name and always goes above and beyond to make sure my kids and I are satisfied..
