THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The travel agent was so helpful at first and promised us all these things about how we could save money on our transfers (between airport & hotel) if we booked outside the reservation. DID NOT HAPPEN!! Promised me how I could us my Resort Points for my Wedding…. DID NOT HAPPEN!! You can’t use your points on the Complementary weddings.
We convinced all our family and friends to book through this travel agent and how wonderful they are….NOT!! We made reservations in Sept 2014 for a wedding in May 2015. Everyone called and made reservations….they never once received a confirmation email (I have over 5 families with no response back from agent)…and never heard back from the agent until the day before the trip money was due.
Yes we made some changes on our reservation, but good customer service would still have been nice and helpful. I'm sorry we were such an inconvenience for you and your business. Every time we called they had an excuse about our reservation and how busy they are or how their email is done.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
